Dear Rod, Thank you for leading us down the long and winding path to Olkoroi camp. It was an amazing experience for us both, far surpassing all expectations, and full of surprises and discovery.

We look forward to meeting you, on your return in October, when we can talk through ways in which we may be able to support the camp and the wider community. Both people and places are still vivid in our minds, and I now understand the pulling power of Africa!

What a great experience and a lot of fun.

Dear Rod, Well I don’t know what to say except……wow!!! That was such an amazing experience Rod; I can’t believe where we have been and what we have done. It seems to grow and deepen as the days go by. It’s wonderful to hear Lucy talking about it too – makes me realise what a transforming experience it has been for her.

Thank you for the amazing thoughtful organisation. It was such a varied experience, and a privilege to meet so many wonderful people who live such different lives from us. The travel worked out so well, so thoughtfully prepared with visit to Java Coffee House at the beginning and the Wildebeest Camp at the end.

Warmest gratitude to Andre and his wonderful team, who succeeded, on only ten days, in converting two ‘rookies’ from the UK into mini-adventurers, able to apply the first principles of self-preservation: To be invisible, stand still, shut up and don’t point!
